We’re thrilled to introduce something new and bold — Vox Labs.
We believe in the transformative power of human connection. That’s why we’re launching a real-world social experiment to explore how kindness, empathy, and small acts of good can ripple through society.
Through the Vox Labs Research Project, we’ll be distributing ‘Good Deed Cards’ — physical reminders that a small gesture can make a big difference. Each card begins a chain of positive action, passed from one person to the next, with each recipient invited to pay it forward.
We'll be tracking these stories, measuring impact, and learning what truly drives people to act generously and ethically — even when no one is watching.

Where are we now? 1 August 2025
Every meaningful research project begins not with data collection, but with curiosity grounded in evidence.
Before we dive into measuring the ripple effect of kindness, we’re stepping back to ask:
- What are we really trying to find out?
- What have others already discovered about kindness, reciprocity, and emotional contagion?
- And crucially — where are the gaps in knowledge that Project Echo can help to fill?
This initial phase is called the literature review — a structured, critical analysis of the research already out there. It’s the academic foundation that shapes everything we do next.
From here, we’ll refine our research questions and design the feedback tools that will drive meaningful insight — not just vague sentiment.
Our aim isn’t just to collect warm and fuzzy stories (though there will be plenty of those), but to generate robust, credible data on the psychological and social impact of intentional acts of kindness.
