Vox Animae reserves the right to update, withdraw, or discontinue any Product or Service at any time, without prior notice. In the event a purchased Product becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and offer an appropriate alternative or refund, where applicable.

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued where required by law or in the event of a proven technical fault that prevents use of the Product and cannot be resolved with support.

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access and accurate information, Vox Animae does not guarantee that the website, digital files, or services will always be error-free or available.

We are not liable for:

• Temporary or permanent downtime.
   
• Errors or omissions in product content.
   
• Any loss arising from reliance on the tools without professional interpretation.
   

If you interact with Vox Animae platforms, submit feedback, or participate in workshops or online environments, you agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior.
   
• Share or promote offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access for individuals who breach these terms.

If future services require user registration or account access, Vox Animae reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or unethical behavior.

Vox Animae tools are designed for use in professional settings to support workplace culture, development, and psychological safety. They are not a substitute for legal, clinical, or psychological advice.

You are solely responsible for how these tools are used within your organisation or team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox Animae shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our Products.

Where Vox Animae provides downloadable resources, workshops, consultancy or platform services, personal data may be processed only where necessary to deliver the service, manage access, provide support, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations or improve the service.

Where an organisation uses Vox Animae tools with its employees or members, that organisation may have its own responsibilities under UK data protection law. Vox Animae may act as a data processor for organisational clients where agreed, and will process relevant data only for the agreed purpose and in line with appropriate instructions.

Vox Animae tools are designed to support organisational insight, reflection and improvement. They are not intended for individual surveillance, clinical diagnosis, disciplinary decision-making or performance management.

Users and client organisations must not use Vox Animae tools in a way that undermines confidentiality, attempts to identify anonymous participants, or breaches applicable data protection law.
